NPD Group обнародовала чарт продаж PC-игр за июнь 2009 года в США. Как и предполагалось, The Sims 3 заняла главенствующее положение, продавшись на территории США в количестве 800.000 копий (согласно Gamasutra). Собственно, вся тройка топа состоит из представителей вселенной, созданной EA Maxis.
